Everything you need to know about PawDex.

Can PawDex diagnose my pet or replace a vet?

No. PawDex organizes records and offers AI-generated information. It cannot examine your pet, diagnose a condition, or confirm that symptoms are safe. Contact a veterinarian for health concerns and an emergency clinic for urgent symptoms.

Can I share my pet's Health Passport with my vet?

You can keep vaccination records and care history together and review them with your veterinarian. Ask your clinic how it prefers to receive information and check which sharing options are available in your app version.

Does it support multiple pets?

Yes! You can manage as many pets as you like under a single PawDex account, each with their own unique profile, weight tracking, and feeding routine.

Do I need a smart collar for Activity Tracking?

No! PawDex's Active Walk feature tracks your route, time, and distance using your phone's GPS while you walk your dog.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our storage providers, and we never sell it to advertisers. Our Privacy Policy lists everyone who processes it.

Can I track different types of pets?

Currently PawDex is optimized for dogs and cats, but you can create profiles for any type of pet!

How does the Nutrition Hub calculate calories?

The Nutrition Hub provides estimates from the information you enter. Estimates are not a prescribed diet; ask your veterinarian to set appropriate targets for your pet.

Can I set reminders for daily medications?

Yes! The Calendar feature lets you set recurring reminders for medications, feeding times, and walks.

Is there a free version of PawDex?

PawDex is available on Google Play. Check the current listing and the app for pricing, included features, and any optional purchases.
